Subject: Distribution Session for Children of Koperkhairane

We are pleased to report on the successful distribution session conducted for the children of Koperkhairane on the 24th of February 2024. This ongoing program, which we conduct annually for this area, aims to address various needs and promote the well-being of our beneficiaries. We are grateful for the support and participation of all involved in making this event a success.
Initiatives undertaken during the distribution session include:
1. Promotion of Environmental Consciousness and Hygiene Practices: We conducted awareness sessions to promote environmental consciousness and hygiene practices among our beneficiaries, fostering a cleaner and healthier community.
2. Construction of an Activity Room: We are seeking funding assistance for the construction of an activity room where children can engage in creative and educational activities, nurturing their holistic development.
3. Provision of Stationery for Child Education: Access to essential educational materials is crucial for the academic development of children. We provided stationery supplies to enhance their learning experience.
4. Distribution of Sanitary Pads: To promote menstrual hygiene among women in the settlement, we distributed sanitary pads, ensuring their dignity and health during menstruation.
5. Medical Check-ups and Grooming: Health camps and grooming sessions were conducted to promote hygiene and wellness among our beneficiaries.
6. Provision of Slippers and Shoes: Many children lack proper footwear, exposing them to health risks. We provide durable slippers and shoes to ensure their comfort and protection.
Following these initiatives, all the children were treated to cream rolls and cake, adding joy to their day. The event was graced by important dignitaries who facilitated the proceedings and handed over gift items, including T-shirts, shoes, Apsara Pencil kits, exam writing pads for children attending teaching sessions, and special gifts for those who attended without missing any class.
